Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Strategic Finance Manager will own the operating model and planning cycle, partner with functional leaders, and build financial analyses for new opportunities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the driver-based operating model and manage the annual budget and long-range planning process
• Build financial models for new products, verticals, and partnerships, and analyze their economic performance post-launch
• Lead monthly business reviews and translate financial results into actionable insights for executive decision-making

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including time at an investment bank or private equity firm and in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth company
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field
• Strong financial modeling skills and a working command of accounting concepts and GAAP
• Experience with unit economics in a consumer or marketplace business, including CAC and LTV analysis
• Startup or high-growth experience, preferably in building financial processes from scratch
