Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Strategic Finance Manager will manage the operating model and planning cycle, partner with functional leaders, and build financial cases for new opportunities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model and oversee the annual budget and long-range planning process
• Build financial models for new products, verticals, and partnerships, and evaluate their economic performance post-launch
• Lead monthly business reviews and translate financial results into actionable business insights for executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance at a high-growth company
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and scenario analysis
• Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace businesses
• Proven ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to executive or investor audiences
