Strategic Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Success team, the full-time remote Strategic Implementation Engineer will serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, providing expert guidance on product deployment and optimization while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical resource for enterprise customers, guiding deployment and integration of products
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic clients, ensuring efficient setup tailored to their needs
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting, advocating for customer needs within the company
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and web services
- Proficient in SQL, with PostgreSQL experience preferred for debugging and insights
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
