Strategic Implementations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Implementation Managers, the full-time remote Strategic Implementations Manager will ensure efficient onboarding experiences for strategic customers, focusing on project outcomes, team coaching, and performance tracking against KPIs.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of strategic implementations, ensuring timely progress and quality standards
• Manage customer escalations and blockers, maintaining clear communication to enhance customer experience
• Coach and develop Implementation Managers while monitoring team KPIs to drive operational improvements

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, delivery management, or professional services, including team leadership
• Proven success in managing customer implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations
• Proficiency with project management tools, CRM/PSA systems (Salesforce preferred), and implementation frameworks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; leadership or project management certification is a plus
