Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Associate or Analyst, Strategic Initiatives to join the Product & Data team in a remote capacity, where the successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders to execute key strategic initiatives, lead efforts to launch new data tools and insurance programs, and contribute to executive-level presentations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional opportunities and manage key initiatives such as data migrations and technology rollouts
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to support financial reporting and internal controls
- Collaborate with functional leaders to shape the future of data and technology within the organization
Required qualifications
- Familiarity with insurance data and key performance metrics
- Experience in building reporting views and dashboards
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience
