Owning and driving high-stakes programs at the intersection of AI and business development, the remote Strategic Initiatives Lead will manage strategic initiatives from hypothesis refinement through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance cancer care navigation and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own strategic programs end-to-end, from hypothesis refinement to execution and scaling
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured hypotheses and workplans to identify high-leverage opportunities

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, growth, or business building roles
- Strong track record of managing large-scale initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
- Experience in building, launching, or growing consumer-facing products
- Experience operating in tech-forward or AI-enabled environments
- Structured problem-solving skills in complex, high-stakes environments
