Job Summary
Driving international expansion initiatives and managing the FedRAMP Moderate authorization process, the full-time remote Sr. Strategic Initiatives Manager will lead cross-functional alignment and operational execution to support critical growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market and operational playbooks for international market entry
- Serve as the primary program manager for the FedRAMP authorization process, coordinating with various teams and external assessors
- Track international performance and build business cases for strategic reviews to maximize regional sales velocity
Required Qualifications
- 6-9+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Initiatives, or Management Consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Preferred background in GRC, audit, risk, compliance, ERP, or financial reporting software
