Strategic Lead, Install & Dismantle

Job Summary

Proactively managing site Install & Dismantle operations for assigned corporate accounts, the part-time Strategic Lead will ensure project efficiency, oversee labor management, and maintain high levels of customer service in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project action plans while ensuring project margins are met or exceeded
• Communicate with local operations teams and oversee I&D client operations to address issues and improve processes
• Review and approve labor calls, ensuring alignment with project action plans and service requirements

Required qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience in an Install & Dismantle environment, including supervisory functions
• Prior supervisory experience within unionized environments is mandatory
• Exceptional industry experience with larger than 2500 sq.ft. exhibition setups
• Demonstrated leadership capacity with experience managing complex environments and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage across multiple regions and demonstrate labor relations management experience
