Job Summary
Supporting the US CEO in strategic initiatives, the full-time Manager, Strategy will develop, implement, and evaluate plans while preparing presentations and managing internal approval processes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 2-3 strategic initiatives simultaneously
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and prepare briefing materials for leadership discussions
- Document and manage internal approval processes while supporting CEO communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Renewable Energy industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
