Job Summary

To support growth in the Phoenix market, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Associate will build and manage relationships with local employers and benefits brokers, create partnership opportunities, and refine the employer value proposition while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a pipeline of Arizona employers by leading conversations with HR, benefits, and finance leaders
• Develop and maintain partnerships with benefits brokers across Arizona to facilitate employer opportunities
• Design and implement a smooth launch process for new employer partners, ensuring ongoing support and engagement

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits within the Arizona market
• Familiarity with self-funded and level-funded plans and employer decision-making processes
• Established network of Arizona employers, brokers, and benefits consultants
• Strong commercial presence with experience pitching to HR and C-suite leaders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and adaptability
