Job Summary
Focused on building trusted partnerships, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Manager will qualify sequencing labs and life sciences companies, assess dataset differentiation, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the omics portfolio in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify and assess genomics-related data sources, including sequencing labs and biobanks
- Coordinate NDAs, sample access, and evaluate data quality and provenance with internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners while identifying gaps in the omics portfolio to address customer needs
Required qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or data licensing within the life sciences sector
- Direct knowledge of genomics and familiarity with transcriptomics and proteomics
- Understanding of sequencing file types such as FASTQ, BAM, and VCF
- Ability to analyze cohort characteristics and their impact on dataset usefulness
- Experience with AI data partnerships or research data commercialization workflows
