Job Summary

As the primary point of contact for key accounts, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Manager will nurture relationships, ensure customer success, and collaborate with ML teams to deliver exceptional value in AI language model training remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts as a trusted advisor, overseeing high-quality data projects to meet SLAs and goals
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations teams while supervising project runners for timely execution
• Drive client relationship management by maintaining strong connections, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing concerns

Required qualifications

• Experience in account management or project leadership in tech or AI-related fields
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in natural language processing
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans
