Job Summary

As a full-time Strategic People Partner, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, focusing on delivering people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees to support talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and career development
• Analyze workforce data and employee feedback to recommend actions that improve engagement and retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and talent management
• Experience partnering with leaders to address people-related challenges
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred
