Strategic Planning Executive
Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Associate Vice President, Strategic Planning will partner with enterprise leaders to develop and implement strategic business plans, employing industry best practices and market intelligence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic planning capabilities and methodologies within the organization
- Collaborate with executive leaders to create integrated roadmaps that align functional plans with the enterprise strategy
- Drive complex strategic planning projects, managing multiple initiatives and ensuring effective communication of strategic plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in health systems management, business planning, and/or strategic planning
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and program management within complex organizations
- Familiarity with academic medical health system operations and strategic planning processes
- Demonstrated executive presence and sophisticated communication skills
