Job Summary
Leading the strategic planning process, the full-time VP, Strategic Planning will develop actionable insights, inspire and mentor teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders, while working remotely to drive innovation in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the process to develop actionable insights that are real, rounded, and impactful
- Inspire and mentor Directors and their teams, fostering strategic brilliance and collaboration
- Continuously refine the Strategic Planning department to meet the evolving demands of the digital landscape
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of account planning experience
- Proven leadership experience managing large accounts or departments
- Deep understanding of digital trends with practical activation experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising required; agency experience is a must
- Master storyteller with a compelling communication style
