Job Summary
Leading complex AI data programs, the full-time Strategic Project Lead - AI will manage projects focused on multimodal data workflows, ensuring quality and timely delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and risks
- Lead client communication, status reporting, and planning sessions while translating requirements into data collection workflows
- Define quality metrics and monitor delivery quality, troubleshooting data issues and resolving ambiguous requirements
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in AI data operations, project coordination, or delivery in a GenAI or frontier AI environment
- Familiarity with multimodal data workflows involving images, video, 3D data, sensors, or robotics
- Experience managing stakeholders and communicating with clients
- Understanding of data quality, annotation workflows, and quality assurance methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
