Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, the full-time Strategic Project Lead, AI Coding will manage automation workflows, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality and timely execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, quality control, and reporting
- Coordinate with experts, reviewers, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality
- Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, average handling time, throughput, and delivery metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals
- 2+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows
- Experience using metrics to drive improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and client-facing teams
