Strategic Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end management of diverse client engagements, the full-time Strategic Project Manager will oversee project methodology, delivery, and quality while collaborating with clients, creative experts, and engineering teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement methodologies for data annotation, evaluation designs, and quality assurance
• Manage project delivery, including scoping, staffing, timelines, and client relationships from kickoff to final reporting
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to produce actionable findings, reports, and case studies for clients

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in study design, data analysis, and project management
• Proficiency in data labeling, annotation, and AI evaluation workflows
• Strong understanding of creative quality and frameworks for evaluation
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects effectively
• Based in San Francisco, California
