Job Summary

Ensuring efficient data operations, the full-time Strategic Projects Lead will manage the end-to-end data process and collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end data operations process, ensuring efficient and accurate data collection, processing, and delivery
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine data pipelines and improve data flow across systems
• Establish and monitor key data quality metrics to ensure the reliability of data used for training AI models

Required qualifications

• Strong technical skills with experience in managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality (experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process improvement
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in AI/ML systems is a plus, but not required
