Strategic Projects Lead

Job Summary

To lead complex AI projects, the full-time Strategic Projects Lead will manage client engagements from inception to completion, translating requirements into successful human data programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and successful execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and address delivery challenges, ensuring project goals are met

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience managing complex client projects, preferably in AI/ML or technical environments
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML development lifecycle
• Proven ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable project plans
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing project KPIs, budgets, and delivery performance
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
