Strategic Projects Lead

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of AI training projects, the full-time Strategic Projects Lead will partner with customers and internal stakeholders to manage complex operational challenges and build scalable processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial scoping to successful execution, assessing feasibility, timelines, and project risks
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized contributor populations using various channels to meet customer needs
• Recruit, onboard, and manage contributor communities while designing operational workflows for effective task distribution and quality assurance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects in operations, strategic programs, or AI training
• Proven experience managing projects with large external workforces, preferably in AI training or human data organizations
• Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to monitor operational metrics and project economics
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience in building processes from the ground up
• Familiarity with AI training concepts such as annotation and quality assurance is preferred
