Strategic Pursuits Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing suite of engineering services, the full-time remote Strategic Pursuits Manager will develop data-driven proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and craft strategies to win competitive contracts with transit agencies and public utilities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functionally and with external partners to develop strategies for winning high-stakes, competitive procurements
- Write, review, proofread, and edit comprehensive long-form proposal submissions to potential partners
- Communicate Exodigo's ability to address client needs through technology and operational capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in proposal management or business development within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or engineering sectors
- Proven success leading formal procurement efforts, including proposal generation and contract negotiation
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content
- Highly collaborative team player skilled in cross-functional collaboration and sales operations tools
- Bachelor's degree in a liberal arts discipline preferred; advanced degree is a plus
