Job Summary
To support revenue cycle transformation, the full-time remote Strategic Services Associate will manage performance improvement initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement scalable workflows and automation strategies in billing and collections operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to enhance billing and collections performance while reducing denials and improving reimbursement outcomes
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to optimize system functionality and develop performance measurement strategies
- Lead interdisciplinary projects to support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational transformation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years focused on performance/process improvement
- Experience leading work teams is required
- Knowledge of revenue cycle operations
- Computer literacy and ability to analyze data for improvement opportunities
