Strategic Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Strategic Solutions Engineer I will build customer reporting, conduct parcel and transportation analysis, and serve as a liaison between customer data and advisory teams while gaining insights into the parcel industry.
Key responsibilities
- Build and modify customer reports to meet company standards and create on-demand reporting for client requests
- Pull and analyze data from the data warehouse for routine and ad hoc client inquiries
- Support carrier RFP analysis and produce monthly savings and performance reports for clients
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytics role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Math, MIS, or a related field
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with an outcome orientation and ability to work with limited supervision
