Job Summary
Focused on creating and executing end-to-end sourcing strategies, the full-time Strategic Sourcer will build talent pipelines and manage a talent attraction strategy remotely to recruit key talent for critical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to build talent pipelines ahead of gaps and vacancies
- Develop sourcing strategies targeting high-level talent in competitive markets
- Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and maintain candidate engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Extensive experience in a strategic sourcing role, preferably in pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing
- Progressive CRM experience preferred
- Experience in screening, prescreening, and interviewing candidates
- Ability to create and execute talent strategies for critical roles
