Job Summary
To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Strategic Sourcer will create and execute sourcing strategies, manage talent attraction initiatives, and build talent pipelines while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to develop talent pipelines for critical roles
- Utilize market intelligence and data to inform and enhance sourcing strategies
- Proactively source passive candidates through advanced search techniques and maintain candidate engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Extensive experience in a strategic sourcing role, preferably in pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing
- Progressive CRM experience preferred
- Proven ability to create and execute talent strategies for critical roles
- Experience with innovative search techniques, including SeekOut or LinkedIn Insights
