Job Summary
To support the building and scaling of a modern procurement organization, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Leader will lead sourcing initiatives, develop category strategies, and manage commercial negotiations across hardware, telecom, and reseller categories.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and develop category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives
- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders across various functions to influence specifications and supplier decisions
- Analyze spend and supplier data to create actionable recommendations and improve business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing or related fields
- Proven success in leading sourcing initiatives and negotiations with manufacturers and service providers
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and procurement technologies
- Experience in managing hardware, telecom, or reseller categories with a solid understanding of lifecycle economics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and contribute beyond traditional functional boundaries
