Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development and execution of complex sourcing strategies, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage supplier relationships, lead sourcing projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and innovation aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities including contract negotiation, market research, and supplier relationship management
• Engage with business units to align supplier strategies and drive negotiation planning processes
• Analyze data to identify savings opportunities and present findings to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a strong understanding of technology and consulting services
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in sourcing activities
• Proficiency in sourcing and contract management software solutions
• Experience developing and managing sophisticated source selection processes (e.g., RFPs, RFQs)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred
