Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex sourcing initiatives, the full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and vendor management, while partnering with stakeholders to optimize costs and enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across multiple vendor categories, including supplier discovery, negotiation, and contract execution
• Develop and execute requests for information, proposals, and quotations to facilitate objective supplier selection
• Build and manage supplier relationships to drive cost optimization, service improvement, and innovation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management
• Demonstrated experience in leading commercial negotiations and administering supplier agreements
• Experience in performing financial and market analysis to support procurement recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, procurement, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
