Strategic Sourcing Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives across the AMER region, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client and regional objectives, including vendor selection and evaluation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder briefings and presentations to communicate sourcing activities, performance metrics, and savings realization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 5+ years of related experience
- Proven leadership experience in a decentralized environment
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Project management and business transitions experience preferred
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
