Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support client objectives in quality, cost, and growth, the fully remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will oversee complex laboratory supply chain projects, focusing on diagnostic technology, capital equipment, and clinical support services while managing client relationships and driving value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and deliver savings, quality, and process improvements
• Lead competitive sourcing processes, including RFPs, supplier selection, and contracting
• Manage client relationships by building trust and applying change management practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or a science major preferred
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in clinical laboratory spend management
• Experience in project management with multiple full lifecycle Supply Chain Strategy engagements
• Success in strategic sourcing, contracts, and capital analysis
• Proficiency in analytics to measure and improve efficiencies and collaboration
