Job Summary
To support critical electrical and electronic components for power solutions, the full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead sourcing initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise category strategies aligned with product platforms and market intelligence
- Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract strategies for assigned categories
- Implement cost engineering and value creation initiatives to optimize supplier performance and reduce costs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership within manufacturing environments
- Proven success in developing and executing enterprise sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and leading supplier performance improvement initiatives
- Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
