Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Managing the category strategy for Marketing Services, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on Content Production and Media, leading cross-functional collaboration and supplier negotiations to enhance content quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of the category strategy for Content Production and Media in alignment with commercial and enterprise priorities
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier negotiations and contract development for content production and media services
• Deliver measurable business value through cost optimization, supplier innovation, and enhanced content quality across the category

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of Strategic Sourcing or Marketing Services experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of Strategic Sourcing or Marketing Services experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of Strategic Sourcing or Marketing Services experience OR High School Diploma with 10 years of Strategic Sourcing or Marketing Services experience
• Demonstrated leadership in Strategic Sourcing across Content Production and Media
• Strong financial, legal, and contractual acumen with experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Proven track record of driving innovation in category strategy and supplier engagement
• Familiarity with procurement technologies and analytics platforms to support sourcing decisions
