Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the category manager for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage category strategy, supplier management, and sourcing execution while leading complex RFx processes independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and sourcing approach for the assigned category, focusing on cost savings and operational efficiency
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and performance requirements
• Lead RFx processes from initiation through award, facilitating supplier communications and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in facility services
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex RFx processes
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• Experience managing IFM or facilities-related procurement categories preferred
