Job Summary
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage low to medium complexity sourcing projects, negotiate contracts, and support strategic initiatives while mitigating risk.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage sourcing projects, including statements of work and full agreements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop negotiation strategies
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and participate in team learning initiatives
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in contracting and sourcing
- Demonstrated project management experience in a fast-paced business environment
- Proficiency in office technology tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, healthcare, supply chain, law, or equivalent
- Experience with sourcing methodologies and negotiation strategies
