Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting General & Administrative sourcing projects, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist II will manage the sourcing lifecycle, including market research, RFx coordination, contracting, and supplier management while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing projects by conducting intake, requirements gathering, market research, and supplier comparisons
• Prepare analyses on spend, bids, and suppliers, providing clear recommendations to the Sr. Manager and business partners
• Administer supplier contracts, monitor service levels, and manage day-to-day supplier relationships

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• Experience with RFx processes, supplier evaluation, and contract administration
• Strong analytical skills for analyzing spend and market data
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for research and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
