Job Summary
Partnering with the Account Management team, the full-time Strategic Technical Advisor will manage an assigned book of business, serving as a trusted technology advisor to client leadership through structured Technology Business Reviews and strategic roadmap planning sessions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through structured Technology Business Reviews and executive-level engagements
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives and technical landscape, identifying improvement opportunities
- Lead and deliver Technology Business Reviews aligned to business goals, presenting strategic recommendations consistent with Thrive's platform
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT, Managed Services, technical support, or a related advisory role
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience participating in client-facing meetings, with developing presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and internal teams
- Desire to grow into a vCIO role, demonstrating accountability and initiative
