Strategy and Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders across the Slack Customer Success organization, the full-time remote Strategy and Analytics Senior Lead will drive strategic initiatives and large-scale impact across the GTM engine while acting as an advisor to key post-sales executives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic projects in collaboration with post-sales leadership to execute high-priority business initiatives
• Conduct in-depth analyses leveraging data to identify key value drivers and improvement opportunities across the business
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and shape post-sales strategy for the Enterprise business

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or Strategy & Ops technology
• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams through change management programs
• Ability to present and debate recommendations effectively at the executive level
• Experience with enterprise software or SaaS GTM strategy
