Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious Strategy and Business Operations Associate, the full-time remote role will manage complex operational challenges, collaborating with leadership across various departments to drive scalable, tech-enabled solutions that support growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Map and optimize operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and enhance efficiency
• Conduct software and tooling audits, leading vendor evaluations and procurement processes
• Support executive decision-making through quantitative analyses and high-impact project execution

Required qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or Strategy & Operations at high-growth tech startups
• Demonstrated experience in process or operational redesign, preferably using AI tools
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively
• Proactive problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and high responsibility
• Strong quantitative skills and excellent communication abilities
