Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the User Interviews participant recruitment marketplace, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Associate will manage tactical levers to improve study fulfillment, prioritize project needs, and test new processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tactical levers to enhance study fulfillment
• Prioritize deployment of resources based on project urgency and impact
• Test and implement newly developed processes and tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in operations, strategy & operations, or a related field preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment preferred
