Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing restaurant technology startup, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Associate will manage go-to-market strategies, prepare materials for quarterly board meetings, and drive business and finance operations while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and iterate go-to-market playbooks, including messaging and positioning for new product opportunities
• Prepare materials and metrics for quarterly board meetings and support investor communications
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements to enhance business performance

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in strategy & operations or business operations, preferably in a high-growth tech or startup environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and interpret data independently
• Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end from strategy to execution
• Exceptional curiosity and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
• Fluency with AI tools as part of daily work processes
