Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the EVP of Commercial Operations, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Associate will manage cross-functional programs to enhance the go-to-market strategy, drive alignment among marketing, sales, and revenue teams, and utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Run the weekly revenue leadership meeting, setting agendas and tracking progress against targets
• Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment and measurable results
• Drive account strategy and targeting to optimize marketing and sales efforts across teams

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years in consulting, strategy and operations, program management, or business operations, with a preference for GTM/RevOps experience
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to adoption, particularly through influence without authority
• Experience with AI tools for analysis and automation, with demonstrable projects
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting clear recommendations to executives
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use systems like Salesforce and HubSpot
