Strategy and Operations Consultant
Job Summary
Analyzing customer behavior to enhance subscription adoption and retention, the fully remote Strategy and Operations Contractor will utilize SQL queries and AI tools for data analysis, build financial models, and develop strategic recommendations over an initial 2-month assignment with the potential for extension through 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for increasing subscription adoption and retention
- Utilize SQL queries and AI tools to gather data, identify trends, and automate analysis
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis and customer insights, including designing and running experiments
Required qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, including financial modeling
- Experience using AI tools for analysis, query development, and workflow automation
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and business case creation
