Strategy and Operations Manager

Job Summary

To accelerate the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Manager will lead efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services, establish provider acquisition channels, and maintain regulatory compliance across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the scaling of in-person psychiatry services and develop a robust office safety and suitability program
• Partner with supply teams to design compelling value propositions and craft demand generation strategies
• Take ownership of new high-impact initiatives as the in-person care model evolves

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, or analytical roles at a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth technology company
• 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience querying data and building financial or operational models
• Proven ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise summaries tailored for various audiences
• Experience in strategy development and turning business problems into actionable plans
