Strategy and Planning Lead

Job Summary

Driving organizational growth, the fully remote Strategy and Planning Lead will manage the planning lifecycle, establish strategic frameworks, and collaborate with executives to achieve long-term goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the organizational planning lifecycle, leading goal-setting processes and providing continuous monitoring of objectives
• Establishes a strategic planning framework and provides ongoing training to promote alignment with stakeholders
• Conducts market research and internal evaluations to identify opportunities and risks, presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of strategic planning support or project management experience
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language (PREFERRED)
• Certifications such as Strategy Planning Professional, Strategy Management Professional, or PMP (PREFERRED)
