Strategy Consultant - Healthcare

Job Summary

Managing the planning and execution of member engagement campaigns, the temporary Strategy Consultant - Healthcare will coordinate across various stakeholders, track performance, and support reporting efforts in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate member engagement campaigns from intake through launch, ensuring timelines and dependencies are met
• Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation, including briefs and approval records
• Monitor live campaigns and prepare reports summarizing results and insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, consulting, or program coordination
• Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns or projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in writing clear process and campaign documentation
• Comfort with tracking performance metrics and building reports in Excel or a BI tool
• Familiarity with project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite
