Strategy Director

Job Summary

To support mission-driven organizations, the full-time Strategy Director will develop narrative strategies, manage client relationships, and establish workflows for the Creator Command Centers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients to create tailored narrative strategies, ensuring internal alignment and buy-in
• Articulate core messaging elements, including key messages and target audiences, to guide content and creator activities
• Establish the Creator Command Center's workflows and tools, managing relationships with partner agencies and creators

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in narrative strategy, campaign communications, or related fields
• Proven ability to develop messaging frameworks across complex issue landscapes
• Experience engaging high-level clients and guiding organizational leaders through strategic processes
• Exceptional synthesis and writing skills to distill complex research into clear strategic direction
• Familiarity with creator ecosystems and influencer strategy
