Strategy & Execution Manager
Job Summary
Serving as a critical business partner for the AMER Retail leadership team, the full-time Strategy & Execution Manager will manage operational rhythms, drive data-driven decision-making, and execute strategic initiatives while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run the business operations as the leader's right hand, identifying risks and opportunities proactively
- Own the operating rhythm, including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and territory/account planning
- Transform complex data analyses into actionable insights to guide investment and growth strategies
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in operational management and strategic execution
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in advanced Excel/Sheets and SQL
- Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to integrating technology into workflows
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and produce executive-ready materials
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building relationships across teams
