Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing ad-tech company, the remote Strategy Manager will define and execute the multi-year strategic direction, focusing on transitioning to a customer-value-led approach while evaluating strategic product and investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company's overall strategy and strategic direction for the next 3-5 years
• Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare business cases with financial impact assessments
• Cascade corporate strategy into actionable projects, defining KPIs and monitoring implementation progress

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy or corporate development within international tech scale-ups or high-growth environments
• Proven track record in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent strategic role in a tech company
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling, including DCF, NPV, and IRR
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to design and execute strategy independently
