Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the SVP of Strategy and Senior Director of Strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Manager will own key workstreams related to strategic initiatives, financial modeling, and market analysis, while influencing critical business decisions across a multi-site healthcare platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic initiatives and cross-functional partnerships, including De Novo Growth and real estate projects
• Develop financial models and analytical tools to guide business priorities and capital allocation
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform new business investments

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured thinker capable of synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for animals and/or the veterinary services industry
